C'mon dude
Even in one of the NG tutorials it says the Mario getting killed by the pole is overused. Come up with something more original. Maybe like a random sprite shark floating in mid-air biting off mario's head or something, or luigi dressed up in a tux with machine guns and a toadXkoopa posse shooting up mario! You are welcome to use those ideas but I'm just saying that this one is overused.
